WIN Career Readiness System: Learner Credential Summary Report (v2.0)
Learner Summary Report produces a report to see which learners earned and did not earn a Work Ready or Essential Soft Skills credential.
To run a Learner Credential Summary Report, navigate to the Reports tab, select Version 2.0 Reports then select Learner Credential Summary from the dropdown menu.
Next, select the organization or location by checking the box. If available, choose the arrow next to the organization box which provides a dropdown list of sites belonging to the portal. Use this feature to run a Learner Credential Summary Report for a specific site.
Below is an example of the Learner Credential Summary Report. Print the credential(s) by choosing the blue entries.
Specific product information will be displayed like a previous assessment attempt, a newer assessment attempt, level scores, and earned/not earned data. This report can be used to compare assessment attempts by learner.
Filter the data by selecting any of the filter icons.
Clicking the arrow 
on any of the fields will sort the data alphabetically or numerically, depending on the field.
The Excel application icon 
at the top right of the report exports the data to an excel spreadsheet.
